1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the GNET Computers website and any purchases or service requests made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice. If an item is mispriced due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa or another accepted method. We'll notify you by WhatsApp or call once your order is confirmed, being prepared, or ready for collection/delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Items that are working as intended but no longer wanted may be returned within 7 days, unused and in original packaging, at our discretion. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

5. Service Work (CCTV, Networking, Repairs)

For installation and repair services, we'll provide a quote before starting any work. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once we're on-site, and we'll discuss this with you before proceeding. We're not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the service requested.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available within Kisumu and surrounding areas; delivery fees, where applicable, will be communicated before checkout. Items can also be collected in-store.

7. Limitation of Liability

GNET Computers is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or service work, beyond repair, replacement, or refund of the item or service in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by GNET Computers come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms vary by brand and product — typically 1 year for laptops and desktops, and 6 months for accessories and peripherals. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults caused by misuse. To make a warranty claim, bring the product and proof of purchase to our store and we will assist you with the process.

10. Dealership & Authorised Products

GNET Computers sources products from authorised distributors and dealers. All products sold are genuine and sourced through legitimate supply chains. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a product purchased from us, please contact us immediately.

11. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or currency fluctuations. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

12. After-Sales Service

GNET Computers is committed to supporting you after your purchase. Our after-sales services include hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, driver installation, and general technical support. After-sales support for products purchased from us is available during business hours at our Kisumu store. Some after-sales services may attract a service fee, which will be communicated before any work begins.
